August, 2024 - Cloudburst (360mm rain in 30 minutes) in Lahore, Pakistan broke records of 44 years and left the city in chaos with 4 deaths.

November, 2016 - Smog started engulfing residents of Delhi in India and Lahore in Pakistan to cause respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases along with neurological disorders.

March, 2024 - An unexpected dry spell caused worst drought and reduced agricultural by causing water stress, crop failure, and loss of livestock in Zambia. Moreover, country heavily rely on rains to produce electricity which has fallen short to 90% of its regular production causing load-shedding of 21 hours per day.

November 2023 - The impacts of extreme climate events are costing the USA an estimated $150 billion each year - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, US Department of Commerce.

August 2024 - Rising sea levels, receding glaciers and unpredictable monsoon patterns. Agricultural output alone is predicted to drop by 16%, equivalent to a 2.8% GDP loss by 2030

September 2022 - Flooding in Chad hit more than 1 million people and an economic crisis has led to widespread food insecurity.
